Previously a sneak peak but now officially released to .Mac members, the new .Mac webmail offers a new look with several updated features.  By embracing the latest web technology, the new .Mac webmail resembles more closely the Mail application in Mac OS X.  The new webmail brings:
  • A New Look
  • Drag-and-drop functionality
  • Message pane
  • Smart Refreshes
  • Quick Reply
  • Built-in Address Book (with integration)
  • Message previews
  • Message flagging
  • Keyboard shortcuts

By embracing IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol), .Mac webmail remembers where you left off, no matter what computer you're using.

Mac OS X

  • Safari 1.2 or later
  • Firefox 1.0.4 or later

Webmail was IMAP before. This version didn't "bring it"

Thanks for the clarification on IMAP. Removed that as a new feature. Sorry about the mistake
