A story published today at geeksugar highlights information from their sources who indicate that Apple will release new iMac models next week.  According to the report, the new iMacs will sport speed increases and larger hard drives.

What's intriguing about the site is that they accurately posted a story about new MacBook and MacBook Pro models they day prior to their most recent update in February. Hence we have some confidence in the report. The iMac line was last updated on August 7, 2007, that's 261 days ago (average time between updates is approximately 200 days), so the line is overdue for a refresh.

So all you (especially switchers in waiting) who have been holding out for new iMac models can hopefully get yours next week.  You can read the rumor here.
