Remove Menulets
Once a Menulet has been enabled and is visible, it will remain in the upper right Menu Bar until it is removed. There are two ways to remove a Menulet.
System Preferences
Just follow the reverse procedure to enable a menulet and disable the check box for that Menulet.
Drag it Away
Just follow the reverse procedure to enable a menulet and disable the check box for that Menulet.
Drag it Away
- Press and hold the Command Key (Apple Key) and simultaneously select a menulet (you'll see that its color becomes lighter)
- Drag the menulet off of the Menu bar
- Release the mouse button
