Expose Preferences
Expose can be configured via its preferences within Mac OS X System Preferences. The location depends on the version of Mac OS X. This guide will highlight how to make changes under Mac OS X Leopard (10.5) and Mac OS X Tiger (10.4).
Under Mac OS X Leopard
Expose Preferences are set under the "Expose & Spaces" area under in System Preferences.
Modify Keyboard Shortcuts
As you can see, Expose's keyboard shortcuts (a hotkey) can be configured in the middle pane. You can accept the defaults or choose an alternate hotkey by clicking on the drop down box and select an alternate key or combination of keys. The column on the the right is where you can a mouse button to invoke one of the three Expose actions.

Active Screen Corner
You can set an Active Screen Corner, a corner on the screen that when you place the mouse cursor, a specific Expose action will be invoked. As you can see in the images above, when the cursor is placed over the lower left corner, the "All Windows" action will be invoked.
Macs with volume controls on F9, F10, and F11

Under Mac OS X Tiger
Expose Preferences are set under the "Dashboard & Expose" area in System Preferences.

Modify Keyboard Shortcuts
As you can see, the default keys are listed. You can alter them by clicking on the drop down box and select an alternate key or combination of keys.

Active Screen Corner
You have the option to set an Active Screen Corner, a corner on the screen that when clicked with the mouse will launch a specific Expose action.

- Click on Dashboard and Expose
