I welcome another avenue and outlet for consumers to get exposed to the Mac.  As Apple expands it's footprint and makes strategic steps to capitalize on it's growing popularity, more consumers will begin to realize the benefits of owning a Mac.  We can only hope that Circuit City takes the Mac seriously and ensures that its staff has the knowledge to explain the platform effectively to its customers.  I would hope that Apple and Circuit City have made arrangements to have an onsite Apple representative at each retail location that is participating in the program.  If the program is successful, it will surely lead to more consumers purchasing their very first Mac.
