Apple's Black Friday 2008 1-day Shopping Event Tomorrow - New iPhone 3G Gift Cards
The Friday following the Thanksgiving holiday in the Unites States is referred to as 'Black Friday'. It is one of the busiest shopping days of the year as retailers kick off the holiday buying season. In keeping with tradition, Apple will participate in Black Friday by holding a 1 DAY ONLY sale on Friday November 27th. New to the Apple Store this year is the iPhone 3G Gift Card.
The sale will be conducted at Apple retail stores as well as the online Apple Store. Apple has posted a teaser at their online web store:
What to Expect
Previous year events have offered buyers modest discounts on select Apple products including Macs, iPods, and accessories. Apple is likely to offer discount on the iMac and the MacBook models as they did last year. Buyers were not allowed to stack the special event discounts with the education discounts last year and Apple will likely implement the same policy this year.
