Customize the Sidebar - Reposition and Arrange
It's easy to arrange things items in both the upper and lower pane of the the Sidebar.
If you're not satified with the location of an item, just drag it upwards or downwards and release the mouse button when you've decided on the location. The examples below show a reposition of the "Scratch" external hard drive in the upper pane of the Sidebar.
