You've probably noticed more Macs in everyday places such as at schools, at the office, during your most recent trip, or at your favorite restaurant or coffee shop. Macs are everywhere these days! There's no doubt that the Mac user base is growing with each passing day. Perhaps someone you know has recently made the switch or you've noticed the trend that Macs are becoming more popular. Perhaps you're interested in finding out what today's Macs have to offer.

The primary objective of the Switch To A Mac Guides is to help you learn how Macs and the Mac OS X operating system work. The Guides will serve as tutorials and are meant to be a resource that will help Mac users of all skill levels. We expect that you'll become more familiar with Macs, the Mac OS X operating system, and the applications built into and for Mac OS X after reading the guides. Our goal is to help you increase your knowledge about this exciting platform and to help grow the Mac user base.
The Guides are FREE to use and unlike other sites, we won't try to sell you training material or charge you to learn. We've made every attempt to make the guides easy to read and understand. The Guides are organized into five main topics as shown on the left. Each main topic consists of subtopics with one or more guides. Simply select a topic to view the guides and then choose a guide to read.
